Wine produced from grapes ripened in Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influence.
The grapes were vinified in mid-September to October, through a controlled fermentation process.
Appearance: Clear with garnet color. With an aroma of wild berries. Full bodied.
Alcohol: 11,5% ± 0,5% vol.
Volatile Acidity: < 0.70g/l
Total Acidity: > 3,50g/l
pH: 3.65 ± 0,65

Total Acidity: > 3,50g/l
pH: 3.65 ± 0,65
